Additional Rules
- No smoking inside the house at all. If you must smoke, ( no illegal or illicit drugs allowed) please step into the backyard or front yard to do so
- Late check-outs past 15 minutes will be charged $35
- We are NOT HOSTING NYC LOCAL’S without explicit written agreement. Booking must be at least 7 days in advance and have a documented reason for stay.
- No candle or incense burning is allowed. Nothing goes into the toilet except toilet paper. Although the home has been renovated, she is an 100+-year-old beauty and hates wipes (even flushable ones) Q-tips, or anything else in her pipes!
- No additional people staying than agreed upon in your reservation is allowed. This will result in the immediate cancellation of your stay.
- If you choose to use hair dyes, foods, or makeup that can stain – respect and protect our items before use – or you will be charged
- Separate garbage from recycling (boxes, paper, plastic, and glass containers), there will be separate trash and recycling bins provided within the apartment as well as in the front yard
- Strong preference for no outside shoes in the apartment, as it keeps the floors more sanitary for all guests. We recommend bringing slippers to wear inside. The vestibule directly outside the apartment can hold your shoes.
- For stays longer than 10 days, we will need to be able to do a light cleaning during the stay, a supplemental cleaning fee in addition to the standard will need to be charged
- Any damage done to any property or items missing will be your responsibility for payment
