General:
- Check-in time is from 3:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM.
- The guest acknowledges joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
- Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
- BedStuy Stay is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewelery or any other valuables left by guests in the home.
- Regardless of charge instructions, I acknowledge that I am personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred by me during my stay.
Damage:
Incidents are rare but possible. Should there be any damage caused by you, a guest you bring, or a pet during your stay, the associated costs might be charged to your payment method.
You could be responsible for any damages, lost items from your host, or unforeseen cleaning costs incurred during your visit.
We will try to work it out first, to determine responsibility. We’ll only charge your payment method if we have reason to believe you’re responsible.
Note: If you don’t agree with the decision, you will have a chance to appeal it.

Treat my home like your home
Keep it Clean
Visitors should ensure the accommodation is left in a tidy state to avoid the need for extensive cleaning (e.g., dirty dishes, stained carpets, pet mess). Hosts’ cleaning fees are specifically designated for regular cleaning tasks like laundry and vacuuming, not for deep cleaning services.
No Littering
Visitors are kindly asked to use designated trash bins for their garbage and to be mindful of generating excessive waste.
Damage
Should guests identify any damage beyond normal wear and tear, it is important for them to promptly notify the Host and collaborate to find a fair solution. Guests are accountable for addressing reasonable costs linked to damages, lost items, or unforeseen cleaning expenses within their responsibility.

Approved Guests
Visitors must adhere to the designated number of guests and inquire with their Host if unsure about visitor regulations. Any disruptive gatherings are strictly forbidden.
Check In
Visitors are expected to adhere to their host’s check-in time and should not arrive before or after the specified window without obtaining approval in advance.
Check Out
Guests are required to finish the checkout process, including returning keys, by the specified checkout time stated on the Airbnb reservation. They should not leave their belongings at the accommodation after checkout time for storage or retrieval without prior consent from the Host.
No Smoking
Visitors must refrain from smoking inside a rental property unless permitted by the Host. This includes tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and similar products.
Pets & Service Animals
Visitors are expected to adhere to the house rules by refraining from bringing pets into listings marked as “no pets”, exceeding the approved number of pets, or neglecting to inform the Host about any pets present in the listing. Please note that service animals are not classified as pets.
Noise
Visitors are kindly asked to adhere to designated quiet hours and avoid causing disturbance to the nearby community by refraining from excessive noise (such as loud music, shouting, or slamming doors).
Commercial Photography
Visitors must obtain documented permission from the Host before engaging in film or photography meant for commercial purposes or profit.
